A great many of our
customers have were submitting orders to us
that were being processed through
ClosingTracker.com. Initially, when we first
launched ClosingTracker.com, you would have
received an initial email containing your
ClosingTracker.com login and password.
It is STILL important that
you save that information. You will
still need it each and every time you log
into ClosingTracker.com.
If you deleted this
information, it will not be necessary for
you to call our office. All you need to do is
click on the "Forgot Password" link from the ClosingTracker.com homepage.
Until further
notice, please submit all orders via orders@crossroadstitle.com,
or use our online form, www.crossroadstitle.com/order.htm.
We will be adding an
FAQ (frequently asked questions) section to our
website, based on questions we've received
regarding the use of
