Saginaw Valley Land Title has now joined with Crossroads Title

SAGINAW, MI - Crossroads Title Agency announces the merger with Saginaw Valley Land Title - Both companies being locally owned and operated in the Saginaw Bay region.

Our companies officially joined forces on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.

Both companies have a long history in the title insurance industry, and the combined companies will operate at our Saginaw office location.

Crossroads Title welcomes Saginaw Valley Land Title, their employees and clients with open arms, and look forward to continued success in the coming years.

UPDATED 12/15/2011: Our I.T. upgrade has been rescheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. This may disrupt our systems for a short period of time. In the event that you are unable to reach our Flint Office during the upgrade, our other branch offices will be available to assist you.
