Although we have continued operations throughout the recent shutdown, we have had to make necessary updates to our provisions during this time:
We are limiting our offices to only parties signing necessary documentation and one licensed real estate or lending representative.
We will continue closings, however, scheduling will be staggered in each of our offices in order to limit the number of persons on site. We will enforce social distancing practices wherever possible.
- We will meet with clients by appointment only.
For those persons granted clearance to visit any of our Crossroads Title offices, we will make it possible for you to continue safe practices by washing hands or using hand sanitizer.
In general, remember:
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Please stay home if you are sick. We will do our best to handle your needs remotely if you are ill.
